By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. When creating an account, you agree to:

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions unlock additional features including:

Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment will be charged to your app store account (Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tutors during your learning sessions is provided for educational purposes. While you can use this content for your personal learning, Nekoto AI retains rights to the underlying AI models and generation methods.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@nekoto.ai to seek a resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes informally.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any remaining disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court cases. The arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will:

• Provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect
• Notify you through the app or via email
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
